While designing the 3BHK villa at Prestige Lakeside Habitat in Bangalore, we had a blast rethinking everyday spaces. The first-floor entertainment and family room is the highlight of the house. Here we created a nested coffee table that can stand alone or join together to form a square—perfect for board games or simply gathering around. We tied the furniture colours to the eye-catching tiles on the TV wall, creating a space that feels both relaxed and unified.
The foyer welcomes you with an antique pillar from Kerala and a traditional unjal brings a touch of heritage to the modern design. A bright terra-cotta pooja area and custom paintings add character. We added a smart study nook carved out under the stairs to give the son his own little space during the day while other are busy in activities around the house. We designed the guest room differently with two separate divans, making it easy for both daytime lounging and suitable for parents when they visit. In the son's bedroom, an L-shaped beds in differnt heights is a more convenient alternative to the bunk beds that are difficult to climbe on by adults. The arrangement keeps the space open and flexible, proving that small changes can make a big difference in comfort and style. Hope you enjoy the gallery.
